Supply Chain Manager - Kings Lynn - £60,000-£70,000 (DOE)
Dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager required to join a global leading manufacturer committed to innovation, quality and sustainable solutions, based in Kings Lynn.
As the successful Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Site Manager and will be part of the Senior Management team. You will have previous experience working within a manufacturing and/ or engineering environment in a similar role and will have a strong track-record of people and organisational leadership.

The Package:
Salary - £60,000-£70,000 (DOE)
Working Hours - 8:00am to 16:30 Monday-Thursday 8:00 -13:00 Friday

The Role:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products through our manufacturing and distribution networks. Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop and coach a knowledgeable and highly motivated team.
Proactively take a Customer focus approach and able to create a good relationship (with Customers and Suppliers) through regular reviews, interacting closely with Business Development.
Generate reporting on Load and Capacity and drive necessary improvements, working efficient with the MSP process.
Actively drive lead time reduction and ensuring best possible service to our customers.
Ensure high delivery performance and cost-effective supplier base on both direct and in-direct material.
Actively drive development of Supply Chain processes within own unit and contribute to development.
Build effective working relationship with other departments and work cross functionally as required.
Taking a full value chain approach, from supplier via manufacturing to the customer.
Requirements:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business management.
Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain activities in a manufacturing environment.
Strong people and organisational leadership skills.
Good knowledge of project management.
