CLEAN & CLEARANCE OPERATIVE

Salary: Up to £23,760 per annum, 37 hours per week

Working with the voids team to uphold our key values to improving homes, lives and communities, the successful candidate will be key to ensuring vacant and tenanted properties and gardens are clean and maintained to the highest standard.

The clean and clearing team will be a key appointment to help in the process to reduce the key-to-key time frame and make the letting and void process slicker.

The successful candidate must have a full UK Driver’s License, be self-motivated and able to provide cleaning and clearance services for Trent & Dove Properties.

To be successful you will have proven abilities in:

Hygiene clean

*

Full deep clean

*

Full house clearances

*

Garden works – strimming, grass cutting, removal of green waste

*

Experience in removal of free-standing garden buildings (sheds & greenhouses)

*

Experience in litter picking and removal of rubble

*

Working to deadlines with minimum supervision

*

Working as a team
