Are you a BIM Coordinator with a passion for driving innovation in construction design? Your Role as A BIM Coordinator:

You will help manage BIM process from project initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and client requirements.
*
Develop and maintain accurate, detailed BIM models, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
*
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
*
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement BIM strategies and promote best practices.
*
Provide training on BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Solibri.
*
Keep project documentation organised and up to date, adhering to ISO 19650:2 specifications.
*
Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and recommend innovative solutions.
What You'll Bring:
*
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
*
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
*
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri.
*
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650:2 standards, protocols, and workflows.
*
Familiarity with modular construction techniques (a plus).
*
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
