Account Manager

Location: Rotherham

Salary: Up to £30k per annum

Tenure: Permanent

Metalis is working with a national based company who install, maintain and repair their equipment and continue to grow. Our client is looking to add an Account Manager to their Rotherham based office to develop into an Account manager working with high profile clients.

This role is a permanent position.

The Role:

Maintaining relationships with existing accounts and clients.
Acting as the first point of contact for existing client queries.
Updating
Ensuring day to day operations, routine services and quoted works are completed in a timely manner,
Preparing for client meetings, over teams, phone call and face to face.
Completing reports for clients and accounts.
Other Administration duties.

The Person:

Account Management experience
Confident and client focused
Competent with Microsoft and Excel
Administration experience.

The Details:

Office Hours: 8:30am -5:00pm and 4:00pm on a Friday
Salary - Up to £30k per annum
Permanent Vacancy.
