Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking law firm, based in Somerset, which needs a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with expertise in commercial property law to work on a diverse range of matters, from commercial leases to complex development projects.

The salary for this role is £45,000 to £60,000. The salary will be dependent on PQE and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities Of The Commercial Property Solicitor Role:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and development work.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, including property investors, developers, and business owners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and results.Key Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with strong experience in commercial property law.
A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.
