Smile Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Redditch. We are seeking a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their team from Easter until the end of the summer term, with the potential for a permanent position.

About the Role:
Full-time Year 1 Teacher position
Responsible for planning, teaching, and end-of-year assessments
Working within a supportive KS1 team
Opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate
Not suitable for ECTsWhat We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (specifically Year 1)
Strong understanding of phonics, early reading, and writing
Ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage young learners
