A Sales Administrator is required to join a leading global manufacturing company at their site near Coventry. An office-based role, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Service & After-Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for queries, providing high-quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.
As a Sales Administrator you will be -
Managing the process from quote through to invoice, processing all operational documentation
Monitoring stock and checking availability of parts and materials
Ordering parts, materials etc, communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Preparing any shipment and dispatch documents
Maintaining the systems in place, accurately updating with information
Conduct customer follow-ups for satisfaction surveys
Adhoc administrative support across the team and wider businessI'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience and skills -
Processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering company
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Proficient in using CRM / ERP systems and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Good standards of literacy and numeracyOn offer for this Sales Administrator role -
An office-based postion near the Binley area of Coventry
Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)
A starting salary of £25-30k dependent on experience
