Excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager with experience in the resilient flooring sector, to join a leading, global manufacturer of construction chemicals.
Working within their resilient flooring team, you will cover South London and Kent.
The main purpose of the Area Sales Manager role is to ensure the company has an active presence in all major accounts, both established and new business.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your region, via contractors and distribution.
This is a field based role with occasional visits to the London showroom.
The role of Area Sales Manager will suit someone with proven experience of selling to the resilient flooring market.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to prepare business reports and forecasts for the Southern Sales Manager.
A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
The role is Monday to Friday.
Salary is £40K - £45K base plus £7.5K Bonus and company car, pension, phone, laptop.
