Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Location: Wisbech

My client  is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in food manufacturing on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities:

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering.
Experience in PLC fault finding and automation.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
Competency in both mechanical and electrical repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
