Automotive Service Manager required in Northamptonshire

up to £32,000 basic + OTE

Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturday AM

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join and lead its busy Service department and push their already successful team further forward. The business has been well-established in the area and can offer a great working environment alongside stability and longevity.

This is great opportunity for an aspiring Senior Service Advisor/Workshop Controller looking for their first step into management. With the nature of the business, this role will allow for further progression both in remuneration and career progression.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

* Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business

* Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets

* Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role

* Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction

You must possess previous experience within a busy Franchised Department alongside a customer-centric ethos, looking after new and returning customers.
