Service Manager - Mental Health Rehabilitation Service
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Service Manager for a mental health rehabilitation service in Halifax. Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with all Care Quality Commission (CQC) and statutory regulations.

* Uphold high clinical governance standards to maintain resident safety.

* Support the Registered Manager in maintaining a strong market reputation through local networking and contractual meetings.

* Maximise bed occupancy by proactively engaging with commissioners and external stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

* Proven experience in a mental health setting.

* Strong knowledge of current mental health and social care legislation.

* Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.

* Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
