Senior Collections Officer

£155 per day depending on experience

We are recruiting an interim Senior Collections officer for our client a financial services / mortgage lending company in Wolverhampton.

You will:

Deal empathetically with customers whilst questioning and probing to understand their circumstances
Through effective questioning and listening skills, discuss with customers how and why their account is in arrears
Examine accounts in arrears and undertake all aspects of financial support in the end to end management journey
Communicate with customers in arrears to agree sustainable and affordable payment arrangements
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for mortgage arrears with priority on achieving fair customer outcomes.
Act as a coach and role model, supporting the development of less experienced team members.
