The Role:
As an English Teacher at our Pupil Referral Unit, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and GCSE students. Working closely with small class sizes, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with your students. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons.
Fostering a love for literature and language.
Assessing and tracking student progress.
Providing individualized support to students with diverse needs.
Creating a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in English.
Experience teaching KS3 and GCSE English.
A passion for literature and language.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
