Your new role

* Working in a static role you will cover a critical healthcare building in Birmingham.

* Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you will be performing PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical building equipment like AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Fabric Equipment.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical and building services equipment

* Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance such as plumbing.

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are mechanical, heating, or plumbing qualified to C&G/NVQ Levels 2.

* Experience on working on a critical or commercial site is beneficial but not necessary.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

* Overtime available 1.5x Mon-Sat and 2x on Sundays and BH’s.
