Are you looking for a long-term position working as a Counterbalance and Reach Truck driver with a view on earning an excellent rate of £14.29 per hour, with plenty of opportunities to work overtime? We are recruiting for a Counterbalance and Reach Truck driver to join a key automotive supplier, conveniently located in the heart of Birmingham.

Hours of work include:

Rotating days: (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) Monday-Friday weekly rotation.

This is a renowned manufacturer of car parts and engine solutions, building frames for several major automotive brands. They are a progressive, fast-paced factory, offering the possibility of fixed term contracts once workers have successfully proven themselves. All applicants for this role MUST hold experience as a Counterbalance and Reach Truck driver in a previous role.

Your duties will include; 

Operating a Forklift to transport materials and goods throughout the production plant.
Loading and unloading trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
Stacking and organising goods and other items within the production / goods in and out department.
Conducting pre-operation inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Updating the inhouse warehouse management system
All applicants for this role MUST hold at least 12 months experience in driving a counterbalance and reach truck licence
