About the Role:

As a Showroom Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients valued customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and an exceptional customer experience from the moment they step through the door. You’ll assist with showroom visits, answer enquiries, and provide support to the sales team, all while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greeting and engaging with customers, ensuring they feel at ease in our showroom
✅ Offering refreshments and creating a relaxed, welcoming environment
✅ Managing showroom appointments
✅ Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
✅ Keeping the showroom presentable, stylish, and in line with our luxury brand image
✅ Assisting with admin tasks and maintaining client records

What We’re Looking For:

✨ A naturally bubbly and enthusiastic personality
✨ Outstanding customer service skills – friendly, professional, and approachable
✨ Strong communication and organisational abilities
✨ A keen eye for presentation and detail
✨ Previous experience in a hospitality, retail, or showroom environment (preferred)
