Job Title: Asbestos Removals Supervisor
Location: Bristol, Somerset
Salary/Benefits: £140 - £200 day rate + Training & Benefits

Our Client is a well-established and accredited Asbestos Removal outfit, who are seeking a hardworking Asbestos Removals Supervisor, who holds a strong track record within the industry. You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager, with regular progress reports, and overseeing teams of Asbestos Removal Operatives on both licensed and non-licensed projects. Applicants will need strong interpersonal skills and must be comfortable delegating duties and providing daily support to site staff. Salaries are excellent and packages include excellent benefits.

You will need to be based in: Bristol, Yate, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, Glastonbury, Dursley, Stroud, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, Pontypridd, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Swindon, Chippenham, Bath, Devizes, Frome, Trowbridge, Warminster, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Evesham, Worcester, Ledbury, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Droitwich Spa, Witney, Banbury, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Experience / Qualifications:
- You will have a proven record of successfully supervising a variation of Asbestos Removals projects
- Must be a strong team leader and excellent communication skills
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of industry guidelines
- Must hold a current Asbestos Supervisor ticket
- Ideally will hold CSCS
- Strong written ability
- Experience of working from RAMS
- Organised and efficient working attitude

The Role:
- Overseeing Asbestos Removal projects, including Licensed and Non Licensed
- Delivering a smooth and safe delivery from start to finish
- Working with on mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Commercial, Public Sector and Residential
- Ensuring site operatives are working to optimum efficiency and to agreed deadlines
- Managing and maintaining compliance with H&S guidelines
- Keeping site and company records up to date
- Working alongside external contractors
- Providing training to new and existing members of staff
