Need a Quantity Surveyor to manager a 2 year project we have secured, being run from our Tadcaster office. We also have further works in the region commencing early 2025.
In terms of spec I’m happy to £45k - £65k, plus car, depending on experience.
Regarding responsibilities, I need someone to manage all the typical ‘live’ tasks:
* Applications – Submitting ours, assessing our sub-contractors
* Monthly reporting - CVRs
* Early warnings and Compensation Event compiling, submitting, agreeing
* Procurement
In addition:
* Estimating assistance for tenders
* Contract review
The candidate won’t be expected to be in the project office everyday, flexibility can be discussed, depending on competency, loccation. However, if they’re local it will be beneficial
