We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our client’s team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers within a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage a team of 8 engineers, ensuring efficient performance.

* Supervise planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant discipline.

* Strong leadership and team management experience.
