Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join a leading design and build company specialising in commercial interior fit-outs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong attention to detail. You will play a key role in supporting project teams, ensuring smooth coordination, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects.
* Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Support project managers with logistics, procurement, and supplier coordination.
* Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and report potential risks.
* Organise and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and document key actions.
* Oversee document control and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial administration.
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a project coordination role, ideally within construction, design, or commercial fit-out industries.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
* Knowledge of BIM processes and software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the construction industry.
* Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and procurement
