Position Summary:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an essential role in maintaining students' progress during teacher absences. This includes overseeing classes, keeping students engaged with assigned tasks, and fostering a positive, productive learning environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise students in the classroom during teacher absences, ensuring they remain engaged with pre-assigned lessons.
Manage classroom behavior to sustain a safe, focused learning atmosphere.
Motivate and support students to complete tasks and stay on track.Required Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), particularly in English and Math.
Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
