Description
The key responsibilities of the aforementioned consist of:
Engage with existing and potential customers over the phone
Upselling and developing business
Exceeding high volume sales goals while working in a team environment
Identify customer needs to offer the best solutions
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the company's services
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
Handle customer complaints and queries effectively
Record customer information accurately in the database
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Booking outbound sales meetings
Prospecting 100 new businesses per week
Tracking independent forecast and sales margins
Accounting for lead generation responsibilities
Verbally establishing quick rapportProfile
