We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a top-tier contractor in London, taking the lead on prestigious, high-value projects exceeding £20M. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple sectors, with a special focus on cladding expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cost management, ensuring financial control and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Administer contracts, accurately value works, and prepare detailed final accounts.

Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive value.

Provide regular and clear reporting on project progress, costs, and forecasts.

Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to specifications.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record in senior roles.

Strong background in managing projects valued at £20M+.

In-depth experience with cladding and external works.
