The Role: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Teachers to work in various secondary schools within Telford. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking for flexible working opportunities. As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
Managing classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
Following the school's policies and procedures.
Adapting to various subjects and year groups as required.
Providing feedback to the regular teacher on the progress of students.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and the ability to work in different school environments.
