Are you passionate about education and looking to gain classroom experience in secondary schools? We are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Derby.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absences. Your main responsibilities will include:
✔ Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects
✔ Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
✔ Supporting students with their work and answering general questions
✔ Ensuring school policies and procedures are followed

What We're Looking For:
✅ A strong presence and the ability to manage a classroom confidently
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching) is beneficial but not essential
✅ A passion for education and helping students succeed
✅ A degree or relevant qualification is advantageous but not required
