Area to be covered: South East or South West or South Central (Area will be determined by location)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + monthly commission circa 2% of all sales

Benefits: Fully expensed company car & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors will involve:

* Trade field sales position selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors

* All of your time will be spent selling to the trade via; installers, builders, contractor, distributors, merchants, showrooms, housing associations,

* Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1.2m

* Average order values are circa £5k-£10k

* 70% new business / 30% account management (would like £500k new business)

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors with:

* Must have a construction sales experience

* Ideally within the fenestration, windows & doors sector however open to any building products background

* Ideally sold to contractors & installer however open to merchants sales backgrounds

* Driven, target focussed and a team player

* Analytical thinker
