We are working with a Commercial Construction contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on prestigious projects across The Northwest. The organisation specialise in new build retail, commercial, industrial and healthcare projects.

Ideally they are looking for someone from a main contracting background with the ability to manage Industrial and commercial build projects from design through to completion. Working alongside the PM and Commercial team the ideal applicant would have strong leadership/client relationship and man management skills to ensure delivery of the projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid working background and experience of overseeing projects of a similar nature.

SMSTS
First Aid
Enhanced DBS
CSCS Managers card
Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
Working alongside PM, design and commercial teams overseeing the project
Managing sub contractors
Overseeing on site Health & Safety
Driving Licence
HNC/HND Construction Management
Toolbox talks
Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
