We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee projects in Rochford. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the site, including supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with the roofing sector and a keen understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site operations, including production, assembly, and logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee supply chain activities, including inventory management and procurement

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality control systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in business processes and financial management
