The school and role

The appointed Teaching Assistant will benefit from working alongside experienced members of staff and lots of opportunities for professional development. The successful Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with pupils and staff. Working in the reception class, you must have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to create a safe and nurturing environment. 

Requirements The desired Teaching Assistant will have:

Have experience working in Early Years Foundation Stage
Have excellent behaviour management skills
Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
