Shorterm group are currently working with a structural steel company based out of Heathrow airport as they are currently looking for a Project Manager.

The role includes:

- Responsible for the co-ordination of projects from placement of order from the client.
- Liaise closely with the client's team on the project and attend all meetings expected of us and to be able to use their systems for the update of documents etc for the project.
- Liaise closely with the design manager regarding surveys required and any buildability issues.
- Once material lists are produced liaise with our Purchasing department of placement of orders for delivery dates to the workshop etc.
- Liaise with the production manager during the fabrication process all the way until the steelwork is ready for delivery to site.
- Ensure all RAM, S Lift plans are ready in a timely manner before steelwork is delivered to site.
- Deal with site teams on a daily basis ensuring they have everything they need to carry out the works.
- Any commercial issues must be bought to the attention of our commercial lead, with relevant documentation to enable him to recover costs.
- Complete all handover documents/ check sheet to enable works to be completed.

Hours - Monday to Thursday 7am till 5pm
Friday 7am to 4:30pm
Paid - 8 hrs a day

You must have:
- Black CSCS
- Experience working within airport construction
- Experience in structural steel work
- Be able to provide information for full airside pass, 5 years work history and pass DBS check
