We are working alongside a vibrant and well-established secondary school in Berkshire who are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join them in January 2025. If you are passionate about supporting student learning and creating a positive classroom environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the class teacher
Provide assistance to students in completing tasks and activities
Ensure good behaviour and maintain classroom discipline
Support students' learning, ensuring they remain engaged with the lesson
Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall school communityRequirements:

Experience working with young people in a school setting is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage behaviour
A proactive and adaptable approach
