Principal People’s Environment & Sustainability division are proud to be exclusively partnered with an expanding, award winning contractor who have doubled headcount year on year over the past 4 years.

On offer is a strategic role where you will develop, design and take ownership of group policy and strategy as technical discipline lead of a tier 1 contractor expanding into new markets.

The company are a principal contractor experiencing growth in headcount and are expanding from their strong market position into offering solutions to the utilities, energy, highways and nuclear sectors.

The role will position you at a strategic group level, completely responsible for environment and ecology and delivery across all UK wide operations. You will be the Environment and Ecology discipline technical lead – developing group strategy and policy.

Here is a position for an Environment & Sustainability Manager with an expanding tier 1 contractor who offer support towards chartered status.

Environment & Sustainability Manager - Hybrid – 3 days p/w in local office - £60,000 - £70,000 + up to £7.3kpa Car Allowance + 13% Bonus + Pension

The Role:

Environmental & Sustainability Manager
3 days in a regional office p/w
Develop and implement strategy and policy at group level
Discipline technical lead
£60,000 - £70,000 + up to £7.3kpa Car Allowance + 13% Bonus + Pension The successful candidate will:

Be a full or chartered member of IEMA or CIEM
Have at least 8 years’ experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering
Have experience as an ISO (phone number removed) auditor
