You will be working as a customer sales advisor, conducting market research on the launch of a new product
Handling highly sensitive information from customers and clients
Meet weekly and monthly target KPI's
Keep an accurate up-to-date record of any incoming and outgoing calls

Is this you?

Previous customer service experience is necessary
Must have an excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently efficiently
