BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Support Worker in Stockton On Tees.

You will be working with vulnerable young people in a hostel setting helping them with support around housing applications, tenancies and job and education opportunities.

The duties include but are not limited too.

· To complete a support plan with each tenant detailing all elements of support required for their tenancy to be maintained – including any signposting required. This must be reviewed on a regular basis.

· To work alongside an individual in understanding how best to provide support through a thorough risk assessment process to highlight any risks to themselves, their tenancy, or others – this must be reviewed on a regular basis.

· To provide information, advice, and guidance to enable tenants to understand their responsibilities and support them to develop effective strategies to manage those responsibilities.

This is a Part-time role, Working 3 Days a week, temp ongoing, good chance of going perm for the right person.

Car driver is preferred.

Rate of pay- £11.44 Per Hour PAYE

An Enhanced DBS would be required for this role
