We are currnently working with a rapidly growing electrical contractor with a turnover of circa £25m and a strong presence delivering nationally for leading main contractors require a senior electrical porject manager to lead a £13m electrical package on a mixed use residential in Hackney, East London.

Reporting to a contracts manager, you will join from pre-construction stage before going to site in Feb/March of next year and act as the lead PM to oversee the install from a technical and management perspective to PC.

• Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management.
• Health & Safety management
• Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
• Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
• Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Management and briefing of personnel.
• Resolving installation and access issues.
• Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
• Programme and project planning.

The company in question have a busy order book of projects across sectors for the coming years, with a very experienced and well connected senior leadership team of people who have market leaders to push the growth of this medium sized contractor over the coming years
