Stock Condition Building Surveyor - South London

We are currently seeking a Stock Condition Building Surveyor to join a Local Authority in South London. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing council homes and other assets against the Decent Home Standard and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake surveys of council homes and other assets, assessing them against the Decent Home Standard and HHSRS.
Produce detailed reports on remedial works required, drawing up costed schedules of works.
Utilise your expertise to assess properties against the Decent Home Standard and HHSRS, ensuring compliance and safety.
Conduct thorough property surveys, diagnosing issues, and providing comprehensive reports on remedial works.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution of necessary works.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on building condition assessments and related matters.
Experience Required:

Proven track record of carrying out detailed property surveys and producing reports on remedial works.
At least 4 years of proven experience undertaking housing stock condition surveys, including HHSRS surveys.
Extensive experience in carrying out and assessing full measured surveys, diagnosing issues, and producing detailed reports on remedial works, including costings
