I’m currently working on behalf of a well-respected client in the construction industry who is looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and final accounts

Supporting the management of subcontractor procurement and payments

Helping to monitor project budgets and ensure commercial efficiency

Working closely with project teams to deliver works on time and within budget

*

Contributing to cost planning, reporting, and forecasting

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in a construction environment

Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
