Sales Manager
Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000, OTE £80,000

We are hiring for two Sales Manager positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading organisation and play a key role in driving growth within your specific industry segment. Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of your customer segment to position the company as an industry leader.
Manage and grow a portfolio of established and developing accounts within your industry sector.
Leverage industry knowledge to attract new customers and promote solutions that align with their goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling, maximising order value and profitability.
Attend meetings with prospects and customers to demonstrate the benefits of our client’s products.
Accurately manage sales forecasts in CRM, ensuring real-time updates on key dates and financials.
Collaborate with internal teams by providing insights and data to optimise performance and enhance customer value.
Meet revenue and quotation targets through consistent, high-quality sales activities.
Required Knowledge/Experience:
At least 3 years of consultative sales experience in a B2B environment
Strong communication skills and an aptitude for selling technical/engineering solutions
Marketing experience is beneficial
Degree preferred
