Madisons Recruitment are looking for x4 Trainee Sales Consultants on a permanent basis located in High Wycombe.

Our client are looking for ambitous and motivated individuals, who hold previous experience in Sales or are looking to embark in a career of sales, all training is provided. 

Trainee Sales Consultant £11.50ph basic salary rising to £25,000+ A target bonus scheme future earning potential of £30k pa in your first year, increasing to £40k pa by year three.

As they continue to grow and expand their sales operations, they re seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join their team as Window & Door Sales Consultants.
Based in their High Wycombe Showroom and serving the Buckinghamshire area, you'll have the opportunity to work with homeowners and help them transform their living spaces into their dream homes. As a key member of their sales team, you'll be responsible for meeting with homeowners, offering expert advice and a wide range of options to suit their needs, and closing sales with your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge.
They re looking for motivated, passionate self-starters with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. You should have a friendly, enthusiastic personality and a desire to help others achieve their home improvement goals. You should also be an enterprising, creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to creation.

Requirements

Meeting with homeowners to provide support and help create their dream home, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs
Building effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service
Accurately measuring for windows, doors; porches, and roofline products
Offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer's needs and aspirations
Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale
Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products
Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits
Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options
Personal Specification:

Professional appearance and behaviour, respecting both the client and the company
Superb timekeeping and diary management
Polite, courteous, and enthusiastic approach with the ability to develop excellent customer
relations
Great listening skills and ability to encourage the customer to express their needs
Excellent questioning skills with the ability to establish exactly what products we can offer
First Class communication skills with the ability to inspire, inform, and captivate the customer in all aspects of your role
