Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced project quantity surveyors.

Our client are a specialist high end fit out company who have a history of delivering some prime residential and luxury hotel projects across London & Europe.

The project in question is a £40m fit out based on a larger project being delivered by a global tier 1 contractor near Paddington station.

They are due to complete the project within the next 3-6 months but due to a difficult client there is a lot of change management and variations to deal with on the project.

You must come from a refurb or fit out background in order to be considered and have experience towards the end of medium sized schemes.

They are offering up to £350 per day for the right candidate
