Electrical Maintenance Engineer
£40,000 + Pension + Plenty of Overtime + Excellent training

A leading FM Organisation are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a strong team for a commercial site in Manchester City Centre.  This comes with plenty of progression and training opportunities where you'll be supported by a strong team around you.  You'll be part of the day team and will be responsible for PPMs and reactive maintenance Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities: 

Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshoot and repair faults, maintain emergency lighting, install and service electrical components, and follow safety regulations.
Handle general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating.
Respond to work orders promptly and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
Conduct regular building inspections, report maintenance issues, and implement energy-saving measures.
Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, assist with procurement, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
Require proven experience in maintenance roles, valid electrical certification, ability to work independently and in a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
Prefer knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Must be physically capable of manual labor, able to lift heavy objects, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Apply now for a confidential chat
