As a Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Area Commercial Manager and work within UKPN Services - Commercial. You will be a permanent employee, attracting a competitive salary of £61,723 with a bonus of 3%.

In this role, you will assist other Quantity Surveyors, the Area Commercial Manager, and the Lead Commercial Manager in providing professional quantity surveying support across specified long-term contracts and competitively tendered client projects. You will manage commercial matters for these contracts and projects, ensuring compliance with standards and maximizing profit delivery. Your responsibilities will include supporting a commercial project team, managing client and subcontractor contracts, and ensuring project delivery teams observe contract requirements. You will liaise with stakeholders, prepare tender documentation, and provide advice and support to ensure projects are managed effectively. Additionally, you will produce quality reports, assess contractor applications, and manage change control procedures.
