Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: West Bromwich
Start Date: Immediate Start ⏰

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to students and teachers, helping to deliver engaging lessons
Assist with one-on-one or small group learning sessions to boost student progress
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help them reach their full potential
Work closely with teachers to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
Help prepare learning materials and resources for lessons

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a classroom setting is a plus, but not essential – enthusiasm and commitment are key!
