Business Development Manager (BDM) HVAC Building Services – Maintenance / CAPEX

Our client is a long established and successful central London Based MEP contractor we know very well.

On their behalf we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual as a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialising in HEVAC Building Services within the Maintenance & CAPEX sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.

Our client are an exceptionally positive and supportive employer. The role can be either hybrid or based from our clients offices in Central London. The role requires travel within London and the Southeast region. Flexibility and the ability to manage schedules effectively are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Identify and establish new business opportunities.

* Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.

* Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.

* Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.

* Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.

* Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.

* Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.

* Write and maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.

* Deliver product and service advice to clients.

* Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.

Compensation Package:

* £60,000 - £80,000 annually, with up to 2.5% of yearly profit incentive on maintenance. Additional incentives for CAPEX work negotiable
