As an administrator for this UK wide household name, you'll support the training team during a period of growth to ensure that compliance standards are met and new starters as well as historic staff are trained and certified to carry out their assigned roles.

This is initially an interim role for 4 months, with the potential to be extended and permanent opportunities within the team in the new year.
Your team: a small team of 3, friendly and supportive.
What you'll be responsible for:
Coordinating mandatory training for new starts
Updating existing trackers
Ensuring compliance is met and new starts have completed the appropriate training
Liaising with supervisors and managers across the UK regarding their new starters as well as historic staff to coordinate training and feedback on any issues
Liaise the external training bodies
Produce reports (excel)What you'll come with:
Excellent excel skills, shortlisted candidates will undergo a skills test on excel
Confident nature with a pro-active attitude
Problem solving skills
Experience working in an administrative role and required a high level of coordinating
