We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long term contract basis, for reactive works across multiple Swindon and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:
* Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, Plastering and carpentry.
* Drive to job sites as required, maintaining a valid driving license.
* Van, Fuel card and Insurance included.
* 12 months contract - permanent for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Social housing / local authority experience
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
If you're an experienced Plumbing multi-trader with a background in plumbing looking for a flexible contract role with long-term potential
Contract length: Up to 12 months
Pay: £170 - £180 per day
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Hours - 8am -4pm
Experience:
* Social housing / local authority: 3 years (preferred)
* Plumbing: 5 years (required)
* Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
