Primary Teaching Assistant - Leigh area

Monday to Friday 8.30am -3.30pm
From £83.33 per day depending on experience
Start ASAP.We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in various classes in a wonderful school within the Leigh area. This is a full time role Monday to Friday.

The Primary School is a 1 form entry school with dedicated staff and supportive SLT.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in supporting in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a thorough understanding of the national curriculum. You should be passionate about engaging children and helping them to achieve their full potential and should be committed to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment for all. This will incorporate 1-1 supporting roles as well as some general class group work.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

Have a real passion of supporting children
Experience of working within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a proven track record
Experience of supporting children on a 1-1 basis
Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UKAs a Teaching Assistant working with us, you will have access to over 2500 CPD courses offered by the National College.
