Location: Alva, FK12 5DQ
Salary: £27,295-£30,385, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

AccuBio Ltd. (manufacturers of In vitro Medical Devices) are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Assistant.
Senior Finance Assistant - The Role:
To Compile and produce financial reports for the business, support the Finance department in managing the financial transactions of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Cashbook / Expenses processing
* Credit control
* Variance and cost analysis
* Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly management accounts
* Assist and train Finance Assistants
* Contribute to budget planning and forecasting
* Provide cover within the finance department
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
General Areas of Responsibility:
* Carry out all duties and responsibilities to the company standard within the timescales required.
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance with QMS policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance with GDPR and Cyber Security policies and procedures.
* Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required.
Senior Finance Assistant - Key Skills and Experience:
Essential Criteria:
* Fluent in Mandarin
* Minimum 2 years' experience within the finance function
Desirable Criteria
* Intermediate level Excel skills
* Experience working within manufacturing industry
