About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join our electronics client in Newbury. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment.

* Ensure high-quality production of electronic assemblies.

* Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

* Conduct quality checks and inspections during production runs.

* Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in SMT operations is essential.
