An opportunity has arisen for a meticulous and organised Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of payroll functions within our Accounting & Finance Department.

Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions.
Maintain and update employee records.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure correct financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of year-end reports.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the payroll function.Profile

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

A strong understanding and proven experience in payroll functions.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using payroll software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
